Naikiri S-grind 167

329.96

The Nakiri knife is ideal for tasks such as chopping, slicing and dicing all kinds of vegetables, from leafy greens to tougher types such as carrots or potatoes. Its wide blade also makes it easy to pick up chopped vegetables and move them to another location.

The knife has a special ”hollow” cutting edge, which gives it less resistance when slicing and thus greater cutting power. The main advantage is that the sliced food sticks to the blade much less than with conventional knives with a wedge-shaped cut.

The blade is made of Swedish AEB-L stainless steel with a high hardness of 60-61 HRC. With such a high hardness, the blade has an excellent and durable edge, but the knife must not be used to cut into bones or frozen food, as this risks damaging the blade.
